- Fleming's description typed and written on the reverse side of the image reads, in full: "After spending a whole afternoon filming a story on a captured enemy airfield I get a bit of a surprise when this GI proudly brings in three prisoners he'd flushed out from the far edge of the field. Seeing quite a number of U.S. troops around, they'd cooled off a lot. Though left as a guard, they showed no fight. Between Newkirch and Burbach, Ger -- 30 March 45."
