- Flemming's caption typed on reverse side of image reads, in full: "(See master caption) in Q) Napoleon's chariot which now is a part of the German War Museum in the castle Wachsenburg. Why the many rifles and swords are still allowed to remain in this place is a puzzle when all other arms, those that are private property, are taken from the Germans. We also observed the delight with which the museum guide showed several German youths the glories of Germany's wars. Near Gotha, Ger -- 9 June 45."
