  • AFRICANS IN NEW FILM… Four dark skinned natives of the Wagenia tribe in the Belgian Congo stroll towards camera between scenes of M-G-M's "Mogambo" in which they appear with Clark Gable and Ava Gardner. Members of the "Mogambo" troupe travelled more than 10,000 miles through Africa on a three months safari while filming the Technicolor production. John Ford directed with Sam Zimbalist producing.
