Description
  • Fifteenth century manuscript produced in Italy. Contains two anonymous Italian translations of devotional works that circulated more widely in Latin. The first work, De triplici via, or The Triple Way, is attributed to Saint Bonaventura. This work is followed by a short verse meditation. The second main work, the Soliloquium seu Meditationes, was written by Ekbert, a Benedictine Abbot of Schönau, in the twelfth century. A triangular diagram of the trinity is found on f. 29v.
