Description
  • A fragment of a German psalter produced in the late fourteenth or first half of the fifteenth century. Contains Psalm 109 and the beginning of Psalm 110. A later hand added musical notation of psalm tones in the upper and outer margins by the beginning of each text.

Number of columns: 1. Number of lines: 17. Decoration: Three- and two-line red initials with some penwork in text ink. One-line capitals in red, and rubrication. Musical notation: Psalm tones added by a later hand directly adjacent to the beginning of each psalm. Neumatic notation on four or five staff lines with letter-clef on F.
