  • A four-page document from the court of Niccolò Sfondrati, Bishop of Cremona (1560-1590) and future Pope Gregory XIV (1590-1591), regarding papal tithes in relation to the Republic of Venice. This document appears to be a draft, as two different hands make corrections to the main body of the document. Three signatures, including that of the Bishop of Cremona, are found on the final page of the document, in the lower left-hand corner.
