Typed on back: "This photograph shows the fine condition of Indiana Limestone after 32 years of exposure The stonework in this building was properly detailed and for this reason the usual dirty streaks are absent. Mr. O'Neill reports that the owners of this building have not had to spend a single dollar for repairs on the stonework. The stone came from our Dark Hollow Quarry. The offices in this building are all occupied and Mr. O'Neill has been trying for some time to obtain space but will have to await his turn on the waiting list."
