  • PREPARING TO PHOTOGRAPH GORILLAS…Dark skinned natives in French Equatorial Africa are placing wire nets around a jungle enclosure established to contain two families of gorillas as they are photographed with Clark Gable and Ava Gardner for scenes in M-G-M's "Mogambo". It took several months to round up the gorillas for the spectacular scenes in the Technicolor production. John Ford directed with Sam Zimbalist producing.
